Clean Up With Franchising by Damien Boehm

The Tips, Tools and Tenacity you need to build a small business.

Queensland Entrepreneur, Damien Boehm, who has the fastest growing franchise in Australia, is launching his first book Clean Up With Franchising in Southport on Thursday, August 24.

Damien who is the founder and CEO of Urban Clean, has had an entrepreneurial trajectory of boom, bust and boom. He’s pioneering a franchising model which is going global this year – first into NZ and then into the U.S. Damien’s personal story is one of rags to riches – and he’s now helping budding entrepreneurs to find financial success by sharing his know how with tips on how to succeed in small business.

“I’m no armchair expert. I’ve been in the trenches. Starting with little more than a mop and a vacuum, I built a national multimillion- dollar business that’s now growing internationally. The formula I uncovered and from which I launched a global franchise is laid out in this book,” says 43-year-old Damien.

Clean Up With Franchising gives you the step-by-step blueprint that I used to build a multimillion-dollar business the fast and easy way. It’s the same formula I’ve used to help other people build their very own six and seven figure businesses.”

Damien has steered his brand towards 20% growth over the last 12 months, making Urban Clean Australia’s second biggest locally grown Commercial Cleaning business. Not bad for a business which grew out of sheer necessity when Damien’s foray into Brisbane property development turned sour.

“In 2011 I was broke, knocking on doors and setting up appointments for a roof restoration business. Within a few short years I was collecting hundreds of thousands of dollars every month. This amount grew consistently every month, and that money came in whether I worked or not. My overheads were low. Cash flow was predictable. And bills were no longer a problem. I’m not in banking, real estate, cryptocurrency or venture capital. The industry I’m in is cleaning.”

Today Urban Clean is a national multimillion-dollar business with 150 franchises across Australia so far, and growth into New Zealand and the U.S later in the year.

With Urban Clean, Damien is pioneering a new model of franchising which has helped secure income and a financial future for scores of Australians, many who were battling to make ends meet.

“This is more than just a business to me. It’s a mission. Everyone deserves to achieve financial independence. No one should be stuck in the rat race. And there’s no better way of achieving financial independence than by providing an honest, much needed service such as cleaning and helping others achieve their goals and provide for their families,” Damien says.

“I experienced poverty firsthand. I witnessed how it can push a family to breaking point. Money doesn’t solve all problems, but it can solve a lot of them. What I do know is poverty can lead people to make desperate decisions that can hurt themselves and the people they love. Financial worry and stress benefit no one.”

The launch of Clean Up With Franchising will be held in Southport, Queensland on Thursday, August 24, from 5.30pm to 8pm.

Damien Boehm is available for immediate interview and/or will be at the event to do individual Q & As with media. Also available for interview are franchisees from across Australia with personal rags to riches stories.
