When a new commercial cleaning client signs up, they must be added to the Onboarding Marketing Funnel. This funnel ensures the client receives all the correct welcome messages, updates, and service information while we prepare their first clean.

To trigger the funnel, Sales must submit the Onboarding Form below. This form collects the essential details we need to begin onboarding, add them to the appropriate marketing lists, notify the franchisee, and start the automated communication sequence.

Once the form is submitted, the client will automatically receive:
